Aluminum composite panels - Bond are a type of flat panel consisting of two thin aluminum layers that are interconnected by polyethylene filler. Bond panels are lightweight, solid, stable, weatherproof, flexible and available in all colors from the Ral cards. Excellent sound and thermal insulation gives it a great advantage over other materials.
The final aluminum processing can be one-sided and double - sided plasticized or anodized. The most common use of Bond is in construction, as External isolation for façade and objects, but can also be used for production of light commercials, coating of gas stations, billboards, overhangs, pillars of arches...
Mounting the Bond Panels is simple and quick. Bond Panels are machined on CNC machines and shaped so that they overlap the side walls. This creates aircondition cassettes that fit the angles to the facade carriers. Cutting, bending and bending of different shapes and the possibility of engraving makes it possible to use Bond with very complex design and architectural solutions. Bond makes it possible to lay flat, rounded, vertical horizontal or some other surfaces.
Bond facades do not require special maintenance and are extremely resistant to atmospheric influences. This type of facade is waterproof, absorbs vibrations well, shockproof and resistant to various types of industrial pollution. Bond facades meet the standards of fire protection. Thermal damping of 2.4mm at a temperature difference of 100*C, and 1 mm/m for a temperature difference of 50* C.
